The iX3 comes with a single 286hp electric motor mounted in the rear, driving the rear wheels. That draws power from a 74kWh battery, which on a full charge gives the iX3 an official range of 282 miles, which should cover you for almost all day to day driving. For those longer journeys the iX3 is designed to charge quickly from a high-powered DC charging point. On a 150kW charger, the iX3 can add as much as 237 miles of extra range in 30 minutes.

In the front of the cabin there are big cupholders, along with deep door bins and plenty of space for stowing small items.
