The finance company you choose will need to be informed of the changes you make to the vehicle. However, it can sometimes depend on which contract you take out to how much modification they allow.
We can have a tow bar fitted to your vehicle prior to delivery for you. The cost of this can be built in to your contract or alternatively you can pay for this separately if you wish.
Yes you can fit a tracker to your leased van. You can either include this option in your lease agreement and spread the cost across the term of the agreement or alternatively you can pay as a one off payment. With a finance lease agreement, it is up to you to sell the vehicle at the end of the contract you will not be charged by the finance company, however, you may not be able to sell the vehicle for as much.

Yes you can install a racking system. If you choose a Contract Hire lease agreement this should be removed before the vehicle is collected to avoid a charge. However, at the end of a Finance Lease agreement it is up to yourself to sell the vehicle so you can choose whether to sell the van with the racking included or not.
If you choose to sign write the vehicle it is advisable to have the sign writing removed before returning the vehicle to avoid any potential charges.
You can certainly fit internal security mesh in the rear of your van. It is advisable to notify the lease company that you are fitting additional items to the vehicle to avoid and confusion at the end of your contract.

However, as long as you make the lease company aware of what you are doing to the vehicle, again subject to the contract type, this should avoid any unexpected charges.
