Vanarama National League Affiliate Scheme Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before going ahead with the “£100
cashback for you and £100 for your club” offer operated by Autorama UK Ltd t/a Vanarama
and The National League. Your access to and use of the services set out are conditioned on
your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all who access
or use the Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the
offer.
The offer is available to all National League who successfully complete an order and have
taken delivery of a car, van or pickup truck on lease from Vanarama. This offer is not
available in conjunction with any other offer. 
The Supplier reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms &
Conditions or the Services supplied as set out within this schedule at any time. If a revision
is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
What constitutes a material change will be determined at the Suppliers sole discretion.

If a customer orders a vehicle with this offer, the customer is still required to:

Pay their agreed initial rental.

A reoccurring monthly rental (agreed by the customer) for the vehicle will be taken by the finance provider once the vehicle has been delivered.

Vanarama will send all accompanying documents confirming the offer at order confirmation stage.

The validation & subsequent fulfilment of this offer is at the discretion of Vanarama – the provider's decision is final.

The offer is subject to all terms & conditions that apply to any leasing product provided by Vanarama. These terms & conditions can be found here

If a customer does not adhere to the above requirements of the finance agreement, then Vanarama reserves the right to withdraw the offer.

Vanarama National League Affiliate Scheme Terms and Conditions

The Vanarama National League Affiliate Scheme allows fans of National League, National League North and National League South member clubs to receive £100 cashback when referred by the club they support.

To receive the cashback, the fan must lease a vehicle through Vanarama. They will receive this within 32 days of the vehicle being delivered.

As part of the scheme, the club will also receive £100 for every successful referral.

The cashback will be in the form of a digital prepaid Mastercard. See full cashback T&Cs below.

The scheme is eligible to fans of National League, National League North and National League South clubs only. If a club is promoted from the National League or relegated from the National League North/South, meaning they are no longer affiliated with Vanarama, fans of that club will no longer be eligible for cashback.

The fan must quote their club name over the phone when contacted by our sales team.

Referred fans from clubs that have been promoted or relegated from the National League system must have their order accepted by 30 June of that season.

Vanarama reserves the right to withdraw the affiliates cashback offer at any time. In the event of this happening, orders that have already been accepted will be honoured.

Vanarama Reward Card Terms and Conditions

Customers will receive their cashback on a Vanarama pre-paid digital Mastercard that can be used anywhere online where Mastercard is accepted as a valid form of payment. No cash alternative or other voucher option available.

The Vanarama pre-paid digital Mastercard’s may take up to 32 days to process from when a vehicle is successfully delivered.

The pre-paid digital Mastercard will be sent via email from this email address – hello@vanarama.com

The Vanarama pre-paid digital Mastercard’s are valid for 1 year. Once the card has expired, any outstanding monies will be forfeited & the card will not be reissued.

Payment is always at the discretion of Vanarama.

If you request to return your vehicle in the first 30 days under our Returns Policy, you are no longer eligible for any cashback relating to the contract. Any cashback already
received in connection with the contract must be repaid at the point of requesting the return of the vehicle.

General Vanarama Terms and Conditions

Vanarama is the trading style of Autorama UK Ltd, who are authorised & regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (Our Financial Conduct Authority Register number
is 630748).

By ordering a vehicle, a customer is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms & conditions.

The provider reserves the right to cancel or amend the offer & these terms & conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, force majeure including pandemic or any actual or anticipated breach of
any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter's control.

Any changes to the offer will be notified to customers as soon as possible by the provider.

The provider is not responsible for inaccurate details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this offer.
